POLICIES:

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 3PM / Check-out time is 11AM

Upon check out please bag garbage and place in outside cans (with lids secured), dishes in the dishwasher, strip beds and leave dirty linens in hamper

TELEPHONES/WIFI

There is no landline in the house. Cell phones work ok on campus. The house has good wifi access.

NO SMOKING // NO PETS

The house is available for University events and visitors. If you have questions regarding this policy please email or call.

Gatherings must be discussed with owner and the University regulations and procedures must be followed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $500 security deposit is required for rentals. If any damage occurs during your stay that deposit will be held for repair or replacement costs.

GARBAGE

Bag and take out the garbage. There are covered garbage cans at the back deck of the house. Garbage is to be bagged in black trash bags and secured in the cans. 

LAUNDRY

The house has a washer and dryer and you are welcome to use at your convenience. 

FURNISHINGS

Please leave furniture in its original location upon departure. Linens, dishes, etc are provided but if damaged your security deposit will be held for replacement cost.

CANCELLATIONS

For reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not rented for the reserved period. If the home is re-rented, all monies will be refunded. No refunds will be made for early departures or if number in party decreases.

TERMINATIONS

This property is a private residence and when renting you agree to indemnify the owner for any damage or loss to the property or its contents that occur during your stay. Violation of these terms will result in the loss of rental fees and termination of occupancy. We reserve the right to inspect the property during your stay. You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the community and refrain from any activity that interferes with the quiet enjoyment of its residents.
